Yes, this is an airport... Just small and old. No wifi here. If you need transport to Rhodes Town, there's a busstation in front of the airport (2.40€). Just next to the café at the outside.
A small but comfortable airport. There're many cafes inside. Recently was open a very large duty free. The airport is located very close to the sea. Very nice views from the porthole when landing.
Never (I said NEVER) eat or get some refreshment at 15's gate bar. The highest price in the world: 1 bottle of water, 1 juice and 1 tea : 11 €. You have to enjoy your Greece crisis.

The lounges are definitely worth seeking out at this airport, especially if there are delays! Ask at Skyserv desk before security once you’ve checked in. Separate, quieter security.
The only nice thing about this airport is the beautiful sunset in the Mediterranean you get to see when you're left waiting for your delayed flight with no information whatsoever.
